Pago+ FAQ

This application is designed as a product for children who have not yet reached the age to have a bank account but can be used by any family member.

Pago+ allows any Pago user to get equipped with a second debit card, which they can give to their child for use. Through this card you can replace cash for daily or monthly expenses, set spending limits, monitor transactions in real time and send money for unexpected needs.

Any active user who has a Pago debit card can apply for the Pago+ card, which is activated after applying for the primary card.

  • Each user has the right to order up to two Pago+ cards. Pago+ cards are currently offered free of charge until further notice.
  • The Pago+ card is issued in the name of the primary account holder, and they bear full responsibility for transactions made with it, even when it is used by the child or other family members.
  • The account holder is responsible for setting spending limits and monitoring the use of the Pago+ card.

Pago+ is not just a simple payment application, but also an educational tool that aims to help you understand and manage your money. With Pago+, even though under 18, you will have access to a dedicated application that shows you spending in real time.

You will benefit from your Pago+ card to make purchases anywhere, after your parents have opened the account for you. Make online and in-store transactions or withdraw money from available ATMs.

When you turn 18, you can continue to use the Pago+ account until your 19th birthday or until your card expires. We will not issue a new Pago+ card after you have reached the age.

After you turn 18, you can register for a personal Pago account, so you will be able to enjoy all the functionalities and products we offer.
