2. Choose Lounge from the menu and verify your Pago Visa Infinite card.
3. Get your digital membership card with a QR code.
4. At the airport, show the QR code at the lounge reception. You don’t need your physical card.

After the 10 free visits, additional visits and guests are charged at the program rates. Guests must be on the same flight.

2. Check whether your airport offers the service and get your QR code.
3. Show the code at the Fast Track lane entrance.

Fast Track is not available at every airport. Check availability before you travel.

1. Pay for your ticket and/or accommodation with your Pago Visa Infinite card. This is required for the insurance to be active.
2. Before you travel, download your insurance certificate from the Visa insurance portal or request it from Visa Concierge on WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
3. Keep the certificate with you, as you may be asked for it at the border.
4. In a medical emergency, call the assistance number on the certificate and keep all receipts and documents.

Expenses are usually paid by you first and reimbursed after the claim is reviewed, subject to the policy terms.

2. Book through the site and pay with your Pago Visa Infinite card.
3. At check-in, the benefits are applied automatically according to the hotel’s offer.

Benefits usually include room upgrades subject to availability, breakfast, food and beverage credit and late check-out. Details vary by hotel.

2. Book your accommodation and pay with your Pago Visa Infinite card.
3. On Booking.com, the cashback is added as Wallet credit to your Booking.com account after your stay. On Agoda, the discount is applied at the time of booking.

The offer is valid only when the booking starts from the dedicated offer link.

2. Book your car and pay with your Pago Visa Infinite card.
3. The AVIS discount is applied to the price. The SIXT cashback is returned according to the offer terms.

1. Pay for the purchase in full with your Pago Visa Infinite card.
2. Keep the receipt and payment confirmation.
3. In case of damage, theft or a defect after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, submit a claim through the insurance portal.

Coverage has time limits and minimum values under the program terms. Check the terms before you submit a claim.
